The current, 2012 Nissan 370Z is one of our favorite vehicles here at Crystal Nissan, located at 937 South Suncoast Blvd Homosassa, FL 3448. That's one of the reasons we were so excited to see what Nissan has planned for this vehicle in the near future. For the 2013 model year, the Japanese auto manufacturer recently premiered a refreshed variant of the 370Z, several days before the scheduled press days at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show, where it will be presented along with several other new Nissan models.
There aren't any major changes for this year, but drivers should be pleasantly surprised by the Nissan's graceful evolution. As Al Castignetti, GM and Vice President of Nissan North America, explains, "Since the original 1970 Z was first introduced our goal has always been to keep the design moving forward. The changes for 2013, though subtle, go a long way in enhancing its appearance."1
2013 Nissan 370Z Specs:
- Engine: The 370Z will keep its 332 horsepower, 3.7-liter V6 engine.- Transmission: A choice of 6-speed manual or 7-speed automatic, except the Touring model, which will only be offered with the 6-speed manual.
- Sports Package: This package will get new 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, Euro-tuned shock absorbers, and red-colored brake calipers.
- Nismo Variant: This option will be offered again for 2013. The Nismo produces slightly more horsepower (350) and features a tuned suspension, an H-configuration exhaust, and very lightweight forged-alloy wheels.
To learn more about the new Nissan 370Z, including its arrival here at Crystal Nissan, stay tuned. And, don't forget- the amazing 2012 model is still available for purchase!
